WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
I’ve been planning weddings for over 7+ years. I’m a wife, the oldest of six siblings, and a woman whose heart is rooted in honoring the One who has given her eternal Joy. My passion has always been to witness marriages built on joy, intention, and a foundation strong enough to bless generations to come.
That passion began with my G-Ma, whose gift for creating celebrations unintentionally brought a lasting joy to every room she touched. Standing beside her, I learned that events are more than gatherings—they are moments where joy becomes tangible. While planning my own wedding and many celebrations over the years, I realized that the same joy she carried had taken root in me. What started as creativity grew into a calling: guiding couples not only toward a beautiful wedding, but toward the only One who offers everlasting, never-fading joy.
The Heart Behind the Name
The name Nūʻoli means “Joyful News” in Hawaiian, a name I chose because my original dream was to bring joyful news into every event I designed. I wanted each celebration to carry a touch of eternal joy, a glimpse of the Lord’s goodness woven into every moment.
As my work naturally shifted from event design to full wedding planning, I chose to keep the name because its mission remains the same. The purpose has simply deepened. This is more than planning—it is my marriage ministry. The Lord has blessed me with tools to help couples see that there is a God who loves without limit, gives grace without measure, and delights when two people say yes to each other and yes to Him. A marriage built on His foundation is, in itself, Joyful News.
