  • A Wedding Designer is someone who helps you plan your wedding, including vendor bookings, budget, design, and layouts.

    A Wedding Coordinator is the person who will be there on your wedding day, carrying out your vision and timeline.

    NOTE: Oftentimes, the Wedding Designer and Coordinator may be the same person or company.

  • We offer three-tier packages, a part of our Tiers of Joy, that range from Finishing Touches—Alakaʻi to designing your wedding from Concept to Completion—Piha Hauʻoli.

  • Congratulations on your engagement! Below is our booking process to get you started:

    2. You will then receive a confirmation email with your next steps and more information.

    3. Someone from our office will follow up with you within 24 business hours.

  • Excellent planning begins with effective communication. Once you book with us, you’ll have unlimited access for questions, advice, and support through email and scheduled Zoom calls.

    We also offer access to tools via Planpage, our online project management platform, which keeps everything organized—from vendor contacts to timelines, checklists, guest-list mass communication, and more!

  • We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy will be discussed during our initial consultation, ensuring clarity on all terms before we proceed.
